Whats up guys,
Im Rafin from Ny. I got the 2000 Sarona kit from spoilers etc but I dont know what kind of exhaust I should get for it. I know that I wont get significant hp gains without the intake, y pipe and all that but instead of getting a tip for it, mine as well change the whole exhaust now. Besides Greddy, is there any other exhaust that you guys would recommend? Basically I want something that'll give some power but still be kinda quiet under 3500 rpms..cause you dont wanna kill it u know? Thanx
p.s. the bodykits posted on www.custommaxima.com under accessories.

I don't get it. a loud exhaust won't kill your car. What do you mean?

Well I would get an intake and Y-pipe first. Then get a custom b-pipe with stock muffler. See how you like that then go from there....

When i pull on the highway, I want that racing sound without all the extra LOUUD stuff. Sometimes an exhaust can be toooo loud and annoying after a while. its not gonna kill the car...

Basically my car looks like this except the factory 17's 6 spoke rims and the color is grey lustre. the stock exhaust doesnt really go with that kinda aggressive lookin kit you know?

Yeah man..basically thats my other option but I need it for looks too. Right now the back of my car doesnt look "complete".
hmmm.... i see what you mean. If you are concerned about looks at the moment, how about getting a nice exhaust tip welded on to the stock muffler. Any shop that does exhaust work will do that for you pretty cheap. You get the look, but no increase in noise
By the way, you can put all the info about your ride in your sig rather than having to type it out ecery time. Just click on 'Profile' up top, go to 'Edit Profile', and fill in the signature box.

I know! I saw your car this past weekend on Sunday parked in front of Macy's. I was really nice. Looks even better in person. It was like seeing a celebrity and getting really excited. Same with your car. My girlfriend wants your car now.

Or are you talking about last Sunday?

If you went with a custom b-pipe and 2K1 muffler you would probably feel some gains and it would be a lot more quiet than a Greddy. I would really like to hear a Greddy on a 5th gen 5spd with intake and Y.
