For those with Hawk HPS
How many miles did you have on a particular set before replacing them? If you can, kindly mention what type of driving you do most of the time.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Performance vs. wear
I change to Hawk HPS pads at my last pad change. The stopping capability is worth any shorter wear period if any. I do normal driving and have over 20K on the pads. After one or two panic stops to miss deer on a street near my house, (35 mph at night), I am convinced of the value of these. The stock ones would have resulted in body damage, instead of a near miss.
We have 4 cars, another already has the Hawks, driven hard. When my wife's Murano needs brakes, will definitly go to these.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I'm aware that there are a lot of variables involved but just wanted to see what people are getting out of them.
I'm relatively easy on brakes, coasting rather than stomping whenever i can, but i only have 19k on my HPS' and it looks like it will already need to be replaced.

THE HPS DUST LIKE HELL.......but they break for damn sure...I prefer stopping OVER WHEELS looking good 24/7
car wont do much go rear ended into the back of some one else.....but with great stopping YOU CAN CLEAN THE WHEELS
