steering question

soemtimes when i'm braking the car will to pull either to left or right, usually right, i pretty sure it has pulle dto the left a few times also. It only seems to happen when i'm braking, and when it happens it will pull in that direction until i manually correct it by turning the wheel. It pulls about maybe 10 degree either way. also my PS fluid is kida bad so i'm gonna change that out and see if it helps. Any Ideas?

it could be your brakes, which are either worn out or not balanced.
