Diagnosis Help!
Code: P1130 - Swirl valve 2000 Maxima
This code did not show up until a vacuum leak in the intake manifold was fixed. And a gas leak from a pipe that shares vacuum with the Swirl valve was replaced. The pipes have been inspected and appear normal.
The code only shows up in freeze frame and never in History (this seems odd)
The code only shows up on the second or third drive cycle. Never on the first.
The code always triggers at or around idle engine speed and most of the time within 5-10 seconds of the car being started after a successful drive cycle.
The length and type of the previous drive cycle seems to be irrelevant (5 min, 30 min)
The valve operates as expected opening and closing around the ranges it is supposed to.
The code sets even with the vacuum source capped (another thread suggested this idea) although the swirl valve does not function with the vacuum source removed.
Two different repair shops are unable to determine cause or fix.
There are no other codes. Car runs great.

Well I figured it out by myself thanks to google and these forums.
The Swirl valve sensor is mounted all the way over on the drivers side strut. It's a black round pacifier looking sensor with a blue electrical connector. After tracing the tubing, I found they had swapped that line and the line to a fuel valve to each others spot. Switching them back to the correct spot seems to have fixed the issue.
