Took her up to a well known canyon pass (Glendora Mountain Road) in SoCal

She ran flawless up and down the canyon Had my friend in his S2000 and I gotta say, I had an advantage cause of the torque. No heating issue whatsoever. I was losing hope on her (having 216k) but that night made me realize how much MAXIMAS > Everything

 

'01 SE 5-spd - original owner - up to 158K now - running strong and smooth though mountains, desert, freeways and streets.

 

03 6 speed, bought it with 42,654 miles, now has 45,234 miles.

Hi I'm new to the forum. I just got my first Maxima a 2001 SE with 104k. I love this car and have always been a Maxima fan. Mine is white and I am trying to decide if I want to go clear or black on the lights and wheels. Im gonna go with 18's unless there are any suggestions. I want to lower the stance and improve the handling so if any body has a good thought on what the best would be I'm open. I want this girl to look classy not trashy. Haven't named her yet, gonna wait until she's finished.

MY 03 / build date 10/02 / 128,000 as of yesterday.

MAF (89K), VB(40k) are all that have gone wrong. 1 brake light, 2 fron accesory ligts (small wege type in front headlight housing). 2 fogs lights (opted for HID this time around).

Done rear brakes 2x, front brakes 1x (fronts coming up on needing replacement soon). 3 batteries. ACC belts 2x, (working towards my 3rd set as we speak).

Recently did ITR's/OTR's/LCA's/end links just because it IS nearly a 10 year old car.

I'm new to the forum, but mine is a 2003 SE 6sp, with 172,XXX KMs, so a bit over 105,000 miles. Get's 25mpg average, and just started to burn oil...
I absolutely love it, except for the turning radius and the rust from Ontario winters

 

03' SE 79K miles...

 

That bad gurl got 218K on her right now and climing daily. Hope she last well over 300K

 

03 SE 6spd w/126k. Replaced High Pressure Power Steering Hose and I did the Radiator today Bought at 14k in 2004, and I still get excited to drive it EVERY DAY I can!!!!
