Safc help

hey guys whats going on, i just hooked up my SAFC I and im having a slight problem. it basicly wont rev, its acting like it has a bad maf. i havent changed any settings at all yet (accept making it a 6 cylinder), any suggestions. it is showing voltage from every sensor (tps goes to full voltage). do i need to setup something in the ETC. or something? thanks

Just an educated guess, but from my research on setup of the VAFC you need to select a MAF type somewhere in the options. That would explain why your car's acting like it has a bad MAF, it's unable to read the signal coming from the SAFC. Any codes?

You need to set the in out and the direction under settings I believe. I'd also be sure to do a reset on it if you havnt already, You wouldnt want to ride around with someone elses maps.

sorry for the late reply but i figured it out about 5 minutes after i posted. i stupidly didnt pull the ecu lever in all the way and must've had bad contacts for the MAF sensor.

ill post up some dynos after the meet in acouple weeks...
