hahaha... sorry about that..

She went out almost 3 years ago and Leased her 07 accord.. She didn't understand the difference of a lease and a buy besides the fact you gotta stay under 36000 and gotta turn it back in after the 3 years OR purchase it afterwards...

its the fully loaded v6 one.. and let me tell you... My Turbo s2000 gets better gas than that thing.. i'm NOT kidding...

So...we plan on buying a house in a year or so, so we decided that maybe instead of buying a nice g37 like she reaaaaaaally wants, it would be financially better to just stick with the maxima until we get that house and then if we can afford to, get that g37 later.

I mean she really wants that car lol...her friend has one in red so ofcourse.. now she wants one lol..

i mean she's gotta turn it in, in feb... only has like 5 payments left and that saves up 550 a month... and my max is only 180... so its smarter this way...

i just HOPE nothing goes wrong again with the maxima because we cant keep taking hits like it just threw =/

Yeah, I'm feeling that, too. It seems that the top 3 replacement/upgrades from this community are a new Maxima, the Infiniti G, and the BMW 3 and 5-series.

$550/mo for a lease? On an Accord! Yikes! Get out from under that ASAP.

Much, much smarter. You've got lots of options. As things stand, you've way too much cash flow tied up in depreciating assets. And the Accord isn't even an asset, it's just a money hole.

Reduce your car debt, buy a house, have some kids, join the PTA...

HAHAHAHA

how old are you? and what's your name... I'm Allan btw..

Yea, that's my problem.. i messed up while being younger and dumber and paying for it now.

Slowly but surely i'm paying off my debt and school loans and getting rid of the accord will help ALOT..

She only has like 4 grand in credit cards... that it! well.. and this accord.. haha..

so that woudl help her be debt free in about 3 months time if that...

i'm getting there but the one thing i have to worry is my s2000... i still owe like 24k on it... i bought it back in 05, and me just being selfish, i spent alot of my money and pulling personal loans to buy those expensive *** mods that i have *shakes head*..

BUT, luckily i've gotten promoted twice while paying those debts and so the money i make vs the debt that i have is evening out.. thank goodness...

So were getting there... She's 25 and wants to have kids and cant wait to have a house to call her own...

i told her that i want a basement and a garage... basement for my band and I and to put my drums and practice my Martial arts... and a garage...well you know why hahaha... i told her she can paint the inside of the house for all i care...just want those domains...

John. 45. Two cars, two kids, two cats... and the wife is a PTA board member.

Man, you've got all kinds of zero-asset debt going on. Good for you in addressing that.
