Turn signals do not work after Bose to aftermakret swap

I just installed my aftermarket stereo in my 02 I35 and now my turn signals do not work. I also grounded the brown/white wire which fixed my Trip button and headlights. Now, my turn signals do not work - no flashing and no noise. However, my fog light's corner light does switch on when I cycle through turns. Any ideas. Do I need to ground something else?
It's a bit dangerous do drive with turn signal lights.

Thanks!!!!!

IIRC you shouldnt hook up the Orange wire which is Illumination if you hooked that one up your probably fried your dimmer switch.

You are right, it no longer changes brightness. Will a dimmer switch work from a 97 maxima SE?

The hazard switch is part of the circuit for the turn signals. If it's not plugged in, the turn signals will not work.
