What is going on?

What is going on with this situation? I may get involved. I have a 2000 Maxima Grey Luster. At first I thought I was crazy when I saw chips all over my front end. I figured some how it was my fault! Then more nd more chips kept appearing, so I finally did some research and ended up here. Now I know I am not crazy! My wifes 98 Pontiac looks better in the front than my car does. Give me an update and I will see what I can do to help us shake things up!

I have a 2K2 SE Glacier Pearl and only 3600 miles and I am now begining to notice an increasing amount of chips!!!! Also to my dismay I have noticed that I have little black dots throughout the paintwork. Looks good from a distance but if I look at them close up I can see rust surrounding these black dots!!! I nearly threw up when I discovered that my car has a thousand tiny rust spots everywhere! Has anyone else experienced these. I hope not!!!!
