Well I know some of you people west of here have already gotten your 3" in the mail, where are the sound clips!?

Mine doesn't arrive until tomorrow, and then waiting until Thursday to install.

The craftsmanship looks really good. Would love to hear sound clips. I'm sure it would spike the next round of orders, LOL.

I'll throw up a sound clip in a few hours after I install it... mine just came in today.

OK, we just hit 8 orders, which is enough to trigger the next batch. Have to say I'm quite surprised and pleased about the way this part has been received, thanks everybody!

I'm going to wait until the end of the day on WEDNESDAY (edited - was Monday) to give the production orders, so if you're thinking about this and haven't moved on it yet, please give us a call Thursday (tomorrow, we're closed on Fridays) or early next week, 9-5 PDT (west coast) time.

It might be useful to know that the price will go up after this batch because we're anticipating significant steel price increases.

Are you asking if we sell the 3" (axle-back) mufflers seperately? We can sell either the muffler or b-pipe seperately, but they have to be ordered before production begins because I won't break up any sets.

This exhaust sounds beautiful with a test pipe! Going to post a vid on youtube in 15-20 mins...

Going to record another sound clip tomorrow after my Y-pipe gets converted to 3" and see if it's any different.

It sounds way different than The Law's, but that's probably because mine revs a little faster.

Will try to do that tomorrow at the track. It's banging a bit right now because I have flimsy hangers... need to get some stiff ones.

I need to re-tune before I can be 100% sure since I installed those higher flow injectors yesterday. I'll know if it's faster without the butt dyno at the track tomorrow night

try to drive it alot before you tack it.. you wanna give the car some time to adjust to the new exhaust.. thats when you'll feel the most power gain

Did any body here get the non-resonated version? Just curious.

If someone has a cat-back and is willing to split it up, I am looking for just the B-pipe. Let Grand_hustle and I know and we can work something out.

Thanks.

That is using my WOT box set at 200MS... It's much more brutal when I'm doing a full no lift without the power cut.

Not quite correct. Yes, the ECU has to adjust for closed loop operations... but it does NOT adjust for open loop (it has a set fuel map), and open loop is where I spend 99% of my run down the track. The UTEC takes over as soon as it goes to open loop. I can install a mod drive 5 mins to tune for it, and instantly feel 100% of any gains it will give.

We've only sold one non-resonated 3" catback from the first, second, and pending third batches combined. It was for a Maxima that was turbo'd, which is the only time we can recommend leaving out the resonator.

gotya.. i didn't take into account the fact that you were tuned.. i was un-tuned when i put on my 3", and it needed a couple days to feel the power increase

I have one of these: N2MB Wot Box

It cuts ignition for the 2-step, and for WOT shifting. Basically, as soon as I press in the clutch, I just stay flatfooted and it automatically cuts power for the amount of time that I want it to between shifts. Those shifts were done with a 200MS power cut.

Damn you, another toy to get! Thanks man!

Glad this 2nd batch turned out to be a success, and it looks like it drove this into a 3rd batch as well. I like the momentum here. Too bad I won't get to hear mine for at least another month, but it'll be worth the wait I hope.

What exactly are you doing to your Maxima? I think I remember something about a total engine built for extreme power?
