weird thing is,..I've had my block plate on for a long time,..and I've always only have the blue line hose plugged,.. so i saw this and said,..

hmm lets see what happens when I go plug the canister hose and the one going into the intake nipple...

well.. the car def drives different,... I would love to see someone dyno the difference, i feel with it all plugged up the power band is linear and the hesitation is gone,...

BUT,.. when the hose from the canister to the nipple is not plugged,...I feel like their is more TQ from 4k-redline,....

guess i need to recalibrate my buttdyno,...

Sounds like a decent mod, but my only question is - what is the benifit of having VIAS. I mean, here we are removing "advanced" features from our engines... seems bassackwards to me.

The average driver doesn't spend much time over 4500 rpms and prefers the feel of a fat midrange at part throttle where they do most of their driving. Same with soft shifting automatics. While we don't mind firm, fast shifts, the average person doesn't want to feel their car shift.

That's pretty good. It's an applicable answer to so many questions.
