New HID's are flickering

I tried using a 740 uF capacitor and changed out the ballasts. Do you know a fix for this or is it just a bad kit?

Turn on HID's, play around with the wires that go to the headlight. (sorry I don't know the name of those wires). I had the same problem, and it turn out to be the left wires that go plugged in the headlight. I haven't replaced those wires, I just taped them down, so basically every time those wires moved, it made my light flick. hopefully I made sense.

move the wires up and down...left to right...just move them . do it on both sides...if lights don't flick when you are playing with the wires...then it could be something else.

Are both sides out? Sounds more like a power or ground issue to me than a faulty kit.

my resolution to this problem is...by oem nissan parts next time like oem xenon headlights as opposed to the hids. It maybe more expensive initially..but well worth it and much more reilable and but performing all around...just fyi. but try messing with the wires a little bit there could be a loose connection or something you're missing.

i had the same problem an it was the fuse. I had i think a 5 amp fuse for each side and i guess the hids werent getting enough power. i wired the hid power in series and put one 30amp inline and that solved the problem. it plagued me for a almost 2 weeks before i figured out that there wasnt enough juice being supplied

Do you have a wiring harness that pulls current right off the battery?

If it's a ground issue he could have problems w/ those as well.

Stock lights don't have a ground running to them do they? My high beam indicator came on last night and flickered on and off (the high beams never come on unless I activate them but my right headlight goes out while the indicator is going). Loose ground?
