A couple buttons have fallen off my nav, and I like keeping things stock as possible. So, can I just pull out my nav and tape player, and swap in a bose 6 disc and auto climate control? The plugs look the same, and I would need to pick up new vents as well. I know no one likes the bose, but it's simple and stock. Don't have the cash for aftermarket goodies as I have a 2 year-old and wife doesn't work. Thanks for the help!

It's doable.

However it's VERY difficult, not for someone that doesn't have advanced electronic knowledge.

Do some searching, you'll find some info I posted about it a few months ago.
