02 - Low Oil Pressure @ Idle

ok guys so i just put a new engine in my max and ill go ahead and admit (because im leaning towards it as the cause) i re-used the timing cover O-Rings and timing chain/sprockets from my old vq35. So, i have had a code pop up continuously for p0021 and i have replaced the cam/crank sensors and even bought 2 new VTC solenoids. The car starts fine and idles smooth but has no power compared to before the swap. My oil pressure light was blinking at idle so i bought a manual gauge and it is in fact at 0 psi at idle (warm). I dont know if one of these timing case orings was leaking oil into the timing cover the oil pressure would be at 0 or not but when i rev it it tops out at about 60-70 (when WARM). Could it be the Oil Pump? PLEASE, any advice would help. i have been without my max for almost a year now and im about to set it aflame just so i dont have to look at it not gain a mile all the while i pay for it.

seriously, any help is appreciated. Ive had this hanging over my head way to long and im desperate. On the verge of buying ANOTHER engine.

Bleed that wet gauge then take the readings....I'm sure you have oil pressure @ idle or you would destroy your main, rod and cam bearings with ease!!!!
