i purchased a set of those mounts from amazon.the mounts are extremly soft mounts i suggest you either fill them with window weld or get the manual mounts and use ES inserts.then fill the pass side mount with window weld.

10-4... Now, as i am interested in doing the ES bushings, all i need is the manual motor mount. I cant seem to find online anywhere to buy the front manual mount itself. Ive taken a look at some junkyards here in Hollywood Florida but none seem to have our cars. Is there anywhere online to buy the mount w n bushing? If not i guess i'll venture down to Hialeah to see if i can get one there. Also, after some research here on the org, it seems you can get a custom ring to go inside the auto mount to lessen the diameter to accommodate to the smaller ES bushing. How effective/safe is this as opposed to getting the actual 6spd mount? thanks!

So the ES motor mounts are different for the manual than the automatic? I got the ES mounts for mine but I havea 6 spd. BIG BIG difference and the engine does not move AT ALL. If you can find a way to modify the ES bushings to fit in the auto then do it!

So just for clarification and to have a direct link for those who need it.....

is this the correct mount to use for an automatic maxima that wants to switch to ES mounts.

http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/x,cata...CHOR_8865.html

its found under 96 maxima MT in the catalog.
