Main things to be aware of at your mileage are oil burning, MAF issues, and clogged up cats. Might be a good idea to make sure your O2 sensors are doing OK as well.
I'm morbidly and skeptically curious as to what your "blueprint on how hot its gonna look" is.

If the map or 02 sensors are acting up I should get a check engine light, none so far but il clean the map sensor. How do I know if the cat is clogged?
Its all white with tints 5.5 gen. I wanna change the head and tail lights to black and white all white side markers with leds, system, carbon fiber dash kits , all leds in the interior change the leds on the gauges and rims.

You'll know if they're bad, either by smell or CEL. The main thing you should worry about is oil burning. It's a very common issue with the 02-03 VQ35s. Keep an eye on your oil level and top it off if you have to.
As for the mods, let me inform/stop you before you ruin your car. Avoid those headlights like the plague. They're garbage. They don't fit right, the output is terrible, and overall they're just ricey halo crap. There are no better headlight options for the 5.5 gen besides the OEM headlights.
As for the tail lights, it's not the best idea to not have red in your tail lights and in my opinion it looks stupid. Go with 00-01 SE tail lights. They'll look an function a lot better.

As for everything else, clear side markers look good on white. LEDs are great on the interior too. I have them and they light up really nicely.
You really don't have too much to worry about with these cars. 118k is nothing for a well-maintained VQ35. 5.5 gen Maximas are very reliable compared other used cars out there. Congrats on the purchase.

Take a look at the cabin airfilter behind the glovebox. I just got an 02 last week, and it looked like it was there since 2002
