thats what im saying bro, depending on his mods, im not sure of his mods ive only even seen your brothers car once in the pic where you two was at the car wash... i dont know anything hence why i asked... i dont know the reality, the reason i asked if it was stock turbo was to form an assumption that its either lightly bolted or already built or heavily modded (better put)... i know somebody with a MR Evo and its fast as thine kingdom come, that i understand, im just saying, from a roll that 1/4 time is nothing... and i think you also underestimating the potential of your HR Z with even just those mods, and with an Osirus tune even more deadly of a sleeper... but if you say so... the reality says modded 6.0 GTO's are faster than our 5.5 but depending on mods of the maxima and GTO ill let manny (datdude20) tell that story........................
Dude... a fcuken 6.0 6MT GTO ****ted on my friends Nismo. All the GTO had was Intake, chip and catback. Granned that nismo is tied w/ my friend's full bolt on auto (until the Auto hits 3rd gear), I still find it hard to believe a maxima can take on a lightly modded 6.0 GTO..... Now 5.7s.... All damn day....
but a chip is a tune on a v8 is a different ball game

Every time he fixes something, something breaks 
From melting O2 sensors, frying wires, blowing fuses, loosing tunes, I think they did get in one clean one before something broke and still dead even until around 80 or so then the GTO is clearly the car w/ more power.

IMO, a bolt-on Maxima just isn't in the same league as a Holden Monero when it comes to straight-line power. It just isn't. Not sure why anyone would think otherwise.
I love the car, don't get me wrong. There's a raw simplicity to the power in that car which is very appealing. In the end, the styling and the interior were simply too simplistic, and ultimately unsatisfying. But they still turn my head, because I know what they are enough to respect the car.

I gave serious consideration to purchasing a GTO instead of the Infiniti. Did a fair amount of research, drove a 2006 6MT which was stock, and rode around in a local's fully bolt-on and tuned 2006 (which was a monster).
IMO, a bolt-on Maxima just isn't in the same league as a Holden Monero when it comes to straight-line power. It just isn't. Not sure why anyone would think otherwise.

a stock HR 350Z can trap 109mph stock but lets make it an avg 107mph just because, what would a I/test pipes/E and an osirus tune HR350Z do?... can somebody fetch that info on what does a HR 350z with osirus tune trap?
