Yea, from looking at 1st gen vq35 dynos, the uprev tune nets some good gains. They are seeing around 260whp on average with a broad power band. That with the ZIM and spacers, the power climbs all the way to redline. It doesn't fall off.

yeah they should but we all know how extremely lame the 6th genners are (for the most part).
One feller has the OSIRIS working on his VK Pathy. The ECU is not the same, but hell, if one guy has it working, more should. Apparently he got it worked on and cracked through UpRev since I guess he was local.

BDPU seems like a viable option too.

Should be horridly easy considering how easy it has been the past few years to get to 250 on adynojet.

You guys remember a week and a half ago my wife was driving the max and got hit...

I called the lady that hit her last week and left a voicemail. I get a call from her insurance, Geico...apparently she initiated the claim with her own insurance. So I send the car in to get fixed tomorrow, and they're giving a rental.

Which is a great thing, cuz I always look at the bumper and cringe a little...

T04E
38mm
SSQV
SSIM on a VQ30
RC 440s
walbro w/ Sard AFPR
im on an Emanage&E01+AEM wideband

Probably by sometime late june-early july i will hit the dyno. Goal is 400whp.

Are you running 3" charge piping or 2.5"? im running 3" im hoping i can break the old setups numbers when it was using 2.5". It managed 350whp at 10psi.

Moncef... I need to borrow your heads for a little. I'm helping my cousin with his 3.5 swap but he's using 3.0 heads for various reasons.

Stock b pipe though. I'm replacing that when I take it to the shop to fix the leaks and get the wideband bung welded in. That's not till I get the motor running like its supposed to though.

The charge side of exhaust is 2.5" and the exhaust is full 3" with a resonator and hks muffler. One thing to note is that my charge pipes are almost equal length and are really short which helps with turbo-spool. No reverse of forward feed y-pipe here. So full boost is at 3k rpm and 7psi at redline and this is on wastegate pressure.

One a dyno dynamics I put down 353whp. So if I hit the dynojet, I am confident I will break 400whp or be very darn close to it. If not I can up the boost with a haltech boost controller and build this spare vq35 I have in the shed.

This is what I like to hear. You guys goals are certainly larger than mine but then again my goals are understated so I can surpass them and feel good about myself lol. My goal is 275 after the FIC, cams, and V2 being the big 3 mods I have. Still not ready for them yet though as I now have to replace my steering rack, axels(with waiting raxles) and whole control arm assembly. grrrrrrrrrr

Probably should have used intercooler piping lol. My ex-boosted car had a PFI kit with the reverse y-pipe and terrible ground clearance. My current setup is the affectionately named "turbo header", which is also damn near equal length.

i was just browsing through the dyno results, and im pretty confident with the larger intercooler piping, my SSIM, plus those rev-up cams i can break 400 at ~14psi, just gonna do whatever it takes to hit 400 i just hope i dont blow a hole in the transmission. Then drop it too 6 or 7lbs and never touch it again.

275whp will be easy with a S/C, very easy. 300whp you will see easily at 8psi with a good tune.

I drive my car everyday so Im mostly getting the FIC so I can ensure that I am running safely. I will see what I can get to on a few runs but then I will scale it back and tell everybody the highest number lol
