Humming/Roaring Noise from Front End

I have an '03 Max GLE that has started making a humming/roaring noise from the front end. I've had the wheel hub assemblies replaced on both sides of the front over the last month since they were going bad. This noise just started over the past week. It's only apparent when the car is moving and audible at pretty much any speed over 20 MPH. I thought maybe the tires may have been affected by the bad bearings but I just had those rotated today, they're only 4 months old, and the noise is still there. The noise gets louder with increased speed so it has be something rotating. Any thoughts before I go back to the stealership? Thanks

Any abnormal smell by chance? My guess would be brakes, but that's just a guess.

Have you checked the boots on things like CV joints, etc. under the front end?

Check the axle nuts, they should be torqued to 250 lb/ft if they came loose the bearings will hum like a banshee
