Torque Spec on Power Steering Banjo Bolt
Anybody know the torque spec on the power steering banjo bolt? I searched the threads and read the ones on the topic and could not find the info.
Also after I changed my hose and drove the car was smoking but my neighbor mechanic said it was just the fluid that ran on everything. Should I worry?

The banjo bolt with the guide nub on it at the end of the hose is 37-50 ft.lb. Your neighbor is probably right about the smoke. Verify that you don't have any fluid leaks just to be sure. An inspection of those components won't take long. Do it with the engine idling and the wheel turned a bit.
