Wierd issue

So I had a misfire in Cylinder 6 couple of days back, and the CEL came on. So I changed the ignition coil, and that went away.

Now for the last few days, I get the CEL light glowing (almost at 70% brightness) but it doesnt come on. It just pulsates and my dash lights and interior light flickers as well. I tried to pull codes but like i said the CEL light isnt coming on so no stored codes.

It almost seems like a bad idle, and about to shut off but nothing happens. What's going wrong?

I already changed battery/alternator/radiator recently. Could it be bad ground? or MAF? Idler pulley?

Most likely one of the electrical contacts going to alternator, battery or from battery to the body of the car is lose. I'd recheck them since you worked on them recently. The rest of the components you mentioned are irrelevant IMO.

Sorry for not being clear - I meant thick wires going to battery post terminals. If you disconnected battery while changing coil I'd clean battery posts and make sure battery terminals are tight. I'd also check the ground going from the battery "-" terminal to the car chassis. If that all in order I'd check all wires and connector going to alternator - just go under the car, find the alternator and check its wires/connector.

Alternator could be a dud. After checking the connections, I'd put a multimeter on it and see what kind of fluctuation you're getting.
