i've noticed recently that when i hit the gas at highway speeds i can here my valves tick or ping. This all started after i took out my stillen intake and i'm not sure why this is happening. any ideas??

Im not sure if someone mentioned this to you or not, but the ECU is adjusting the timing, which is causing the valve knocks.

Best thing to do, if you have not done it already is Unplug the negative cable from the batter overnight, not just 1hr, overnight. That will reset the ECU and will allow it to RElearn everything and should possibly fix the timing issue.

i disconnected the negative cable and left it overnight and the problem was still there. what should i do next??
