2001-198,000 miles...So I got a sleeve welded into my muffler Saturday due to a hole in the pipe. Sounds new again. Started car up this morning and drove to work now I have for the first time a whining noise coming from my engine left side. Could this be to full pressure in exhaust system causing an alternator or p/s pump to start to go?? Any help would be appreciated, also no codes currently as I clear them myself with my diagnostic computer
