I used MerconV ATF, what did you use?
I have a cross reference info from Valvolive website, it says to use:
MerconV, Maxlife ATF, Dex/Merc, import MV ATF

Use Nissan ATF. You'll thank yourself. its $5-6 a quart when shopping for it on the lower end. avg price is $8.XX iirc from my hunt.

My local dealership price matched a case of this using the reference above.

^Bingo. Check out the nismoshop.com....likely the best price still. Print a page of the price..and take it to a dealer. 90% of them will price match or come close to it.

Read your Owner's Manual and it'll list the equavilent alternatives....which is ATF3 for the 4th Gen.

What does the dealership use then? D is only for the 4 speed autos (so it gets used a lot lesser)

Matic D. Not the most extravagant fluid out there but I prefer sticking to OEM when it comes to the tranny.
