Noise after turning car off (Vid clip)
As i dont drive the car year round i noticed this last spring....

If this is a 2001 AE edition it is manual. I know I have heard that sound before...I just can't recall what it was.
As Dennis said try and narrow it down. Listen closely on one side of the engine (front, passenger side) and then the other side (rear, driver side) to see if it may be coming from the pulleys or something else.
It sounds to me like a pulley winding down that has a bad bearing.
