Something is howling under the hood ... squeaky belts?
Ok, this has been going on long enough ... I had a squeak which I thought was coming from the A/c belt. It would let out a loud squeak everytime the car got started, either warm or cold. However after a minute or 3, the sound would disappear. Of course, the sound got louder and longer. Got a new A/C belt along with tension pulley, switched them both out. First startup, complete quietness ... YES, thought I solved the SQUEAKs. 2nd start up, the squeaks are back. Now it's to the point where my whole block and street of neighbors can hear. If I leave the fan off on start up, the squeak only lasts 30sec to 1 min. However, with the fan on, the squeaks go on forever, until the car is warmed up.
Even after the squeaks are gone, I go to drive, hitting the gas on a straight away, will bring on the squeaks, but not loud. Making turns, either right or left, the squeaks are louder. What could be the issues? The A/C belt may be 3-4 months old. The P/S belt is the original. Guess I gotta replace both belts again. What else do I need to look at while I'm in the process? Of course with winter, just got another blizzard with 8" of snow. Gotta collect my items, and wait for a warmer day.

Tighten it 2 full turns and see what happens. In your climate you're going to have to keep 1/4" deflection on the drive belt at most. 1/2" doesn't work, I've tried it. As soon as temps hit 50s, it start squealing at start up, then gets much worse the colder it gets.
They're over-tightened from the factory and shops do it, too. I don't care for that b/c I don't want the bearings in the accessories wearing prematurely. So, I'll tighten and test until it stops chirping at startup, then go a smidge more for cold weather.

You didn't tighten the drive belt enough. Fix that and see if there's still noise. The pulleys are polished by now and it's winter. Any extra load on the accessories (compressor if defrost is on, plus alternator when blower is on) means they're resisting a lot and will squeal until the belt warms enough to gain traction. It doesn't help that the alternator pulley is tiny and the belt doesn't wrap around it much. The belt also stretches after you install it, so you have to account for that when installing.

These are the classic symptoms of a loose belt.
If it's squealing on turns it's most likely the PS belt as well.
I would replace the PS belt and make sure both are tightened properly. I wouldn't replace the new accessory belt.
If you want to test it do this. When it's squealing in the morning spray a little WD40 onto the ribbed side of the belt. First the accessory belt then the PS belt. Whichever belt is squealing will almost immediately go quiet. It'll probably stay quiet for a day or two so if it's the PS belt you can nurse it along till you fix it. If it's the accessory belt just tighten it.

First, I want to say thanks for all for your help and input. I have tightened the belt at least once since the install, but of course that's before it got insanely cold. Anyway, I checked the tension of the A/C belt earlier today, and yes, it wasn't as tight as it should be. Gave it some tension, and POW ... the squeaking is gone. Gave it a real test tonight after work, it sat in the cold for 10 hours, and no squeak on start up either. Hopefully it'll stay quiet, THANKS again all!
