Yes they will bolt up, however I can not say about the wiring harness since the 2002-03 are HID, where it has a ballast on it, where the 2000-01 are halogen headlight which just plug directly on to the bulb.

You'll wire in the ballasts as well. it's doable but it's not just plug and play.

There should be old threads on it if you search.
