Urgent

I recently bought a 2000 Maxima and it is overheating , anyone have a clue what it is ?

No offense, but please please please don't use vague words to describe your repair concern. I have seen this quite a bit from others as well, and it makes it much more time consuming browsing or helping on the forums. Something more specific like overheating problem, for instance would be very helpful.

If you provide pertinent details it helps as well, such as when or how or what happens, etc.

first thing people do is try to fix a car they have no clue how to fix ends up ruining the car. number two thing they do is keep driving a car that overheats.
i have seen maxima's driven to overheat maybe one or two times and it destroys the engine.

ok first thing is there are many reasons a car can overheat. Do you have enough coolant in the radiator, is any leaking on the ground, are the fans working, how long has it been overheating?
