Has anyone experienced an i/m monitor status (cat light) that blinks when you plug in your OBD2 Scanner onto you 5th gen Maxima. I went to go try and get a smog and my vehicle won't passed because that light won't stay solid? Any advice will be truly appreciated.

 

It means your cat is performing well enough to keep a check engine light from coming on or a rear o2 sensor is faulty. try some wide open throttle runs on a highway to clean the cat up and get it hot.
