Clutch slips

Ok guys I’m new I’m driving this fine *** 2000 Nissan Maxima 5 speed I’m having a problem when the car is cold the gears and clutch feel normal but as the car get hot my clutch starts to get real stiff and gears start to slip rpm rev up. I changed driver axle because the seal was leaking I bled the clutch master cylinder But nothing please help guys. I hoping it’s not my clutch which would suck it’s my daily beast. Car has 112k and tranny fluid is up to date ????!!!!????
