Hard to select gears

Once vehicle is started it's hard to get gears to engage smoothly, I sometimes have to pump the clutch pedal to get it into desired gear... Once the car isn't running I can select any gear real smooth without any hesitation or scraping. What can be the problem. I thought it was my clutch but I have a fairly new stage 2 Competition Clutch in the car

Only a few things it can be, improperly bled clutch line. Or starting to fail master or slave cylinder. Could do a delete of the factory clutch lines and replace with a single piece SS line
