Info for Idler pulley pieces

So I don't know if this is old news, or already known here in this forum. Just thought I'd let everyone know.
Some of us may at some point have misplaced the washer that goes in the inside face of the pulley groove.

Nissan won't get the individual washer, so they want you to buy the whole assembly for 80 bucks or so (no surprise).

Home Depot has a metric size M16 flat washer that fits PERFECTLY into that groove. For $0.42. I know it's made of zinc which may not last a lifetime, but it's good in a pinch if you lost the washer, or until another belt driven accessory fails. Hope this helps someone.

EDIT: DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!

I did this because i forgot the order of reassembly. The washer ended up burning through the rubber bearing gasket, and then started to grind against the bearings, seizing them in the process and causing sparks flying out of the pulley!!!

Luckily the burning rubber smell and the sound of the friction was a dead giveaway.

Just to clarify, even though it looks like something should go in that recessed center, the inner dust cap is against the pulley WITHOUT anything in between.
