front drivers fender

Hey all
OK I wanna begin here by explaining that for some reason the wheel snapped off of this one a year or two after mounting it. Not sure if someone loosened the lugs or the lugs were overtightened and damaged the wheel sockets.
I heard a bad noise coming from the wheel area but I checked the wheel and it seemed fine at an air pump. I thought it was the calipers but I got lucky here because it snapped off a block from where I was staying at the time. The car amazingly landed on the grass perfectly on the side of the road with the wheel right next to the car.
The fender was the only thing that was damaged.

after having it towed a block to my home on the range I replace the broken old lug studs and got new lug nuts too. I got another maxima wheel from a local salvage yard. I had the old tire swapped over and every things been great since.

OK here's my question, generally whats involved in removing the front fender? Im considering removing it then replacing with a salvaged fender. How many spot welds? what all has to come off?

thanks

It's not spot welded on just bolted. The bumper and headlight will need to come off, then there will be some bolts and clips inside the wheel well, a bolt on the bottom of fender, one or two inside the door jamb, then some in the engine bay

probably one of the easier body panels you can do yourself. (excluding paint)
