P1491 and P0306 Help

P1491 and P0306 Help
So my car (2002 GLE) is having a problem where it's lost power and is noticeably struggling. When I ran the OBD test it came back with P1491 (Vacuum Cut Valve Bypass Valve) and P0306 (Cylinder 6 Misfire). I read through the FSM and did the diagnostic tests and nothing seems to be wrong. I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have any ideas?
