Engine oil weight

What is the manufacturers recommended oil weight for the 95 Maxima 6cyl? I’ve been using 5w-20 but was recently told it’s 5w-30.

Question 1: Why are you asking about motor oil for a 4th Gen in the 5th Gen sub-forum?

Question 2: Where’s your owner’s manual?

Question 3: Your internet connection is down or terribly unreliable?

Question 4: Why are you asking about motor oil?

Was it that difficult for you that you had to respond with STOOPID questions? Isn’t it obvious I accidentally hit the 5th Gen room instead of the 4th Gen? How many people still have their owners manual when they aren’t the original owner?

Instead of posting smart *** replies just answer the question if you can. Don’t you think that would be much easier? Being a douche bag is an ugly color on most people but it looks good on you.

Hmmm ... I thought I did answer the question ... but then I would surmise that if I were to delete that owner’s manual snip posted above you’d be completely lost again, am I correct?

As far as a response to your assertion that I’m a douche-bag by responding with stupid questions, let me remind you that your question is related to proper motor oil viscosity.

You are aware how many times that topic has been fully addressed here and how easy it is to use the search function, yes?

Nonetheless, if its me you’d prefer to identify as the stupid one in all of this, that’s fine.

You have yourself a super nice day.

Best of luck with that oil-change.

Turbobink has a point - no need to berate him for his help. BTW, this community assumes that you spend some minimal effort to find things for yourself, rather than just posting questions on this forum.
You don't have the Owner's Manual for your car .... Have you tried to find it on the Internet?
Obviously, you haven't .... you would have found it rather quickly. Here, we do one more thing for you: http://www.vadennissanservicecontrac...san-Maxima.pdf
