ate a ricer with NOS

last night i was driving when i pull up beside one of my friends that has a CRX with a B16A exchange done and a 50 shot. We ****ed around for a few then we pulled up to a light. We pulled out even and through 2 we were dead even but as soon as i hit 3rd i took off and left him by a substantal margin. Then his friend wanted to race me and he has a prelude with a 2.3 and a 70 shot. We went to our spot. This time we had to go from a rolling start in 2nd. He had me by a car after two, but at the end of 2nd and the beginning of 3rd i caught up with him and in the middle of his third HE BLEW A ****IN ROD. tHIS MY FRIEND IS WHY MY CAR WILL STAY NA. it did feel good though to eat some rice though

What's the big deal? I eat rice at almost every meal, you should come over for dinner. J/K, nice kills!

I don't think a FrankeCar intake would hurt ya that much. In fact you might even get better gas mileage.

What do you have done to your Max man. Because the last time I looked a CRX with a B16A aka Civic Si/Del Sol vtec engine should give a stock Max a run for its money and combined with a 50 shot of NOS added on he should have beat you. Now I know that many people on these forums say that Honda's suck, but these small and lightweight cars can kick some major butt if they swap motors for either the B16A or B18A motors. Evediently they don't suck too bad because they rule the road and the track all over the US. That's why they were named the new generation Mustang by Motor Trend, simply because of all the aftermarket mods available for them. But don't get the wrong impression I have much love mine and everybody else's Maxima out there and i'm in no way trying to compare any Honda with the Max. Just trying to get people to give credit where credit is due. In the end though you did beat both those cars, so congrats.

P.S. Sorry about the long post

For performance, i have PR CAI, Hi-flow cat, and Greddy cat-back exhaust. I have a stillen y-pipe on the way and it should be here on wed. I'll have some major kills when i get that on.
