I guess everyone is busy doing mods... Anyway I just installed the intake, it went very well exept one thing. I was unable to remove the entire air box assemble with MAF unit still attached, I didn't want to break anything so instead of forcing I did a bit of gymnastic with the finger and a small wrench by removing the 4 screws attaching MAF to stock air box, it took me just few minutes more and for the restit was a piece of cake. For the temp sensor I just attach it to a cable near the battery. I went to test drive and everything is perfect no leak or whatsoever, nice growl at WOT.

Tommorow, Y-Pipe and exhaust.

Cheers

same deal with my install. i ended up leaving the maf on and just rigged a solution to get the fourth bolt off.

overall a very nice product. keep us updated on your y-pipe status. i'm considering one as well.

btw, does ANYONE have a solution to remove the maf without breaking anything? it's on there awefully tight, and i know we're not the only ones experiencing this. i ask cuz i want to get in there again and clean off that screen that's on the tubing.

I don't know guys. I just unbloted the stock airboox, loosened the clamp on the MAF (I actually completely removed it) and then tilted the airbox up as far as it could go and then pulled up and towards the fender. MAF walls seem pretty thick and should be able to take moderate abuse...
