I got the bulbs from
polarg 194 wedge red bulbs i believe9. 10 bucks for 2 bulbs. I bought them from a local rice shop. I was contemplating getting superwhite wedge bulbs, but then again... no

When I first installed my clears I didn't bother putting on silicone to seal out the moisture. Because of this there was a sh*itload of moisture in them. They recently got stolen off my ride so I bought new ones. This time I took the time to properly seal them with some clear silicone. Even since then not one drop of moisture. I would definitely recommend taking the time to carefully seal them properly.. They look better with no moisture in them

Before you seal them up, stick them on a cookie sheet in the oven with some dessicant at a low setting...around 110 or so. This should dry out the moisture. Then cool them down and seal them up with silicone.

Hey roger..

Once you get water in them.. They never come out.. I've tried everything from the blowdryers to cooking them in the oven... When it finally seemed like the water had disappeared, it would comeback after a trip to the car wash... I'm just going to go and buy me a new set since it's only about $50..

If you want.. You can steal toylet's.. SHHHHHHHHHHHH.... LoL!!!!

Roger, I'm with ya. I used the amber bulbs that came with my fronts, and installed PolarG red 194s in the rear. At night, they actually look red, not pink like some of the others I've seen. I'm glad I bought them, don't wanna give the a reason to pull me over.

When you cooked them in the oven, did you put dessicant in a little bowl with them? The dessicant should absorb the moisture that is present in the sidemarkers. Hmm, it should work.

I have to agree with this method. I had some condensation in my driver’s side front clear marker. I took it out and put it in the oven for about an hour...all condensation was gone. When I first put the clears in, I put a little silicon on them...that was the mistake. Put a lot of silicon on it. Use your finger and mash it all throughout the place where the lens meets the plastic fitting.

I have no more problems...except the dam pink lights!! I need to find a good RED bulb.
