I have a 2000 SE with only 20K miles. I put on a Weapon R intake an obx muffler. My car has been making some wierd noises for the past month. Everytime I accelerate hard my car makes a whistling noise. Now, I know that when your intake whistles that it could mean one of he tubes are loose, but I checked all the connections and they seem to be tight enough. Also, and this is the big problem, my car has been making this chug-a-lug sound, for lack of a better way to describe it. It does not make the sound when you first turn on the car, but after I drive it a little bit the sound will start. It sounds like it is coming from the bottom of the front of the car. Somewhere by the wheel base maybe. I've been real buisy and haven't had a chance to get it checked out yet. Maybe you guys can help. The car drives fine but the sound is real annoying. PLEASE HELP!!
