Replacement Rubber!

This mild winter we have had in the north east this winter, made me forget how ****ty the stock potenzas are in the snow! Since they are not a real performance minded tire, they must go! In short, I just want to know what most of you are using on stock 17's for replacement tires??? And if applicable, how they are in the snow for performace tires?

I am having a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S installed right now. Someone posted a very positive right up about a month ago and I saw a great article about them in R&T recently (maybe C&D). I'll find out soon enough if it's all just hype but I got them for $846 from TireRack.com including shipping. Mounting and balancing will be another $130 locally. My dealer wanted $1300 and a shop in Norfolk wanted almost $1200.

Plus, I am selling my stock Potenza's for $300 with about 1000 miles on them.
