Just got mine on Friday. Another 650miles and it's time to really play. However, I does anyone know how important the break in period really is? You know those idiots at the dealerships beat the crap out of the cars when they go on test drives with people....just wondering how much that affects things.
Any 1/4 mile times for intake vs stock cars???

it really fits?
It says "sale" but how long will that price hold? I'm very interested, but not at the moment (read that - the wife needs more time to 'understand' the importance of 'less restrictive airflow'.)

I live in New Hampshire and I'm looking at a clear bra. Just got a bonus at work the wife might not find out about
... except for that damn direct deposit
. I'll have to do something about that.
I'm not really into mods. I've been reading here just to get background on the good/bad/ugly. I can see me doing an intake and maybe lowering it a bit, but only when the stock suspension needs replacing. Clear bra is a definite, though.
Where is 'here' for you?
thanks,

Re: it really fits?
At $60 for a complete intake with real K&N filters (read - NOT Monsterflow) you should be able to find that in your couch. ![laugh](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/laugh.gif)

When you put in an aftermarket intake you basically take out all the stock components. (Which significantly frees up some space under your hood).
Hey, if you're interested i organized a Group Buy on the ADDCO RSB for $115 shipped. Check my sig or the Group Deals forum for more info. It ends on the 20th btw.
