you all are saying this dyno is different than other 2k2 dyno graphs, even for stock. but you all are also saying it's being done at the wrong gear. is that not the reason that it's not like other 2k2 charts??

so if this was redone in 4th and in stock it should then match up. i'm not jumping to conclusions, but this might be something good for the maxima's. i'm sure injen isn't trying to screw all of us over. i mainly want to see the design of this intake. from all the talk about vaccuums and intakes not doing jack unless you have a more free-flowing exhaust over stock, i'm not sure if i'll ever get an intake. cause i know when i went from stock to short ram to cai and then back to stock, i seriously could not feel any difference.

Ive seen these Intakes on other cars... They look real sharp, and are C.A.R.B. certified. As far as performance is concerened, thats yet to be proven. I dont really believe anyones claims. I do believe , US , the consumers. Many here have bought the Frankencar , and Berk, and are pleased and have received good results. Let them put this out, have someone Dyno it, and then we'll see. Im on my 3rd intake now ( Matrix, Berk, and Soon Franken....) one more couldnt hurt !

It seems strange to me they didn't go all the way to 6600 rpm b/c the car is still making horsepower when the graph ends. Can't explain the dip in horsepower at 4k rpm's. Could this be when the butterfly partially opens? Just throwing out guesses.
That is baffling. Someone buy the darn thing and test it out!

Ok guys, from my experience modding V8's and now my 6... it is a matter of minimal gains... Franken vs CAI.. is going to be worth, maybe a 3 inch difference in a race, if that ! For all you 6 speed guys, as a previous 6 speed owner of a T/A LT1.. practice your launches and shifting....... Thats worth more than any MOD thats come up on this board. Thats why Auto's, even thougfh slower, are so great. You cant screw up a launch ! If you have a 6 speed you are blessed with a powerfull beast. If you cant control it, stop modding ! Learn to race your 6 speed MAXX ! It can be the difference between posting " I LOST TO A CL-S .. to I SMOKED A CL-S by 2 Cars ....."...

Amen to that! You 6spd guys that are getting 15s and even very high 14s need to take that $200.00 or so dollars and just take a day at your local track to hone your skill!

I second that...all the power in the world won't help if you can't drive.
