ANYWAY. You guys are acting like a bunch of snobs, true enthusiasts appreciate all sorts of cars even honduhs. Is it so hard to believe that sometimes certain cars can be faster? And if you do concede it do you have to make the guy feel bad with some low blow about how much he spent? Man there's 9 second civics out there that we will never touch. And there's top fuel cars out there that those civics will never touch. It's just a HARD FACT OF LIFE.

People come frequent our forum to learn about our cars that we love so much and this is how we recieve them. I guess we aren't any better than those mustang, camaro, and honda guys that you guys always complain about.

Oh, and in case you haven't noticed, this topic has been BEAT TO DEATH. it should have ended with a couple 'nice kill' posts.
Here's raising my glass to the 360 Modena

Agreed, albeit those 9-second Honda aren't street legal. I've seen a boatload of Teg GSRs and LS/VTECs that could easily waste both the Max and TLS. That's perspective.

Both are nice cars. I just wish Honda would have optioned the J32A2 motor for the Accord V6. It would have made for a more even comparison between the Accord vs Maxima, with a probable edge going to the Accord coupe. (Theoretically)

Re: Re: CL-S 2k2 race

Sorry but personally I haven't seen one auto 2k2 run 97+ mph in the 1/4, they are running from 92-94mph at the best. 14.7-15.2 as well. Only a handful have hit 14s stock, the rest are 15s on this board.

Sounds a little fishy.

MORE DETAILS PLEASE:
Stock 2K2 autos run 14.7-14.8@97-99mph 1/4-mile.

What's the BEST a stock CL-S can run? An I/H puts you at 14.4-14.5?

2-1/2 car lengths by 85mph means something wasn't normal. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I doubt it's always going to happen that way.

How do they remind you of me? I'd like to see a answer on this? Remember I am not the one that sponsored God's Chariot, you can go to other forums and see a few people from this forum that do that.

One example, his name starts with BRI.....

Because when you had your Max, you would defend that thing even up to a Lamboghini race (exaggeration). Now that you have a CL-S, you defend that thing. Before you had the Sentra, lets NOT get into that.

THis thread sure as hell reminds me of you because of one thing...

Most are defending the Maxima for no friggen reason.

Thats why

You must have missed my other post. I said I made a mistake on those times.

There has been at least one 2K2 auto that's run 97mph, but he had an intake.
