Touch-up Pens

Touch-up Pens
Well, I finally got a touch-up paint pen http://courtesyparts.com/paint/maxima.html and got to use it (darn paint chips!!). So far I have only used the color paint, not the clearcoat. It did an ok job but nothing you couldn't do with the regular touch-up and a foam-tip applicator.
Because of the size of the applicator, you still leave behind a pretty big spot of paint on the surface. I was hoping the applicator was going to allow me more control during the application. It still better than the regular brush included in the classic touch-up paint, but there are kits out there that include foam tipped applicators that may achieve similar results.
I will use langka www.langka.com to smooth out the touched-up area and then use the clearcoat to cover it.
