chenging engine oil
does anyone know how many liters the maxima needs???
dont know how much to buy

If you don't replace the oil filter its 3.7L.

If you do replace the filter I THINK its 4.5... but I just wrecked my maxima so I can't look at the manual.

w/o filter: 3 7/8 qts
w/filter: 4 1/4 qts

In reality, it takes just about 4 qts including filter.

1/4 quart won't make a difference. Just put in 4 1/4 but make sure you drain it all the way..... Don't use ramps.
