Anyone noticed this on a 2K2 auto?

Hmm, I don't think the brand of gas should have that much effect on the rough idle and brake pulsing. My dad's Explorer does sometimes pulse its brakes at a stop, but more than anything it keeps wanting to go and the brakes make a groaning sound. This generally happens on a hill and I chalk it up to small brakes on a heavy vehicle though. The accelerator also vibrates like crazy when you accelerate...but brake pulsing is generally because of bad rotors. But yeah, what someone said earlier, try turning off your a/c, and see what happens.

I get the same thing. Its more of a slight tremor every few seconds at idle. My 240sx did the same thing.
I also noticed that there is a vibration transered from the engine thru the gas pedal at around 2800 rpm. Anything higher or lower and it disapears. Go figure

I'm not sure what it is, does the 6-speed do this?
