problem with cruise control
last week i used the cruise control , i thought may be it's in my head, but it seemed like the cruise was not constant. i don't know exactly how to describe it, but the cruise doesn't stay at a constant speed. it will go over the set cruise speed, maybe 2mph over the set speed, and then it feels like the cruise stops for a second or two. then engages back..
sorry if this doesn't make any sense..if it does, please let me know what might be causing it...
thanks

The cruise unit senses when you are climbing or descending hill, or speeding up for any reason and will let off the gas, then reompensate. Its something you do automatically with your foot on the gas, but you notice it a lot more when the cruise does it for you.

I'm not sure exactly what you're experiencing, Steve, but mine has been doing something weird lately. Sometimes when I hit the resume button it doesn't go back up to the exact speed I had it set at before I slowed down. Most times it does, but sometimes the resume speed will have changed by a few mphs.
