Bryan's usually pretty good at deliveries. I guess if it's back-ordered then it's back-ordered. You can either wait for it or get a refund.

But don't worry, he doesn't seem to be the type to run with your money.

Bryan is a GREAT guy. He ordered and shipped my wheels for me within two days. And the intake arrived within a week. If they are backordered, his hands are tied........

PM me if you are REALLY hot to get an intake. I have an extra one.... Not a Berk though....

I got an email from him yesterday telling me about the backorder. I guess I can wait a little longer to put it on. Im waiting for my Frankencar midpipe as well. Besides my car has to go to the dealer next Friday anyway.

It's a good thing that they are on back order. Stay with me here (sound familiar Y2KSE?). We are affected by that silly control arm recall. You should have your Max stock when you bring it in for that repair. I would not install, repeat NOT install the Berk, because you're just gonna have to put the stock air intake back for the recall service. Save yourself install time, bring the Max in first, and then install to your heart's delight!
