To cut to the chase, I'd recommend that you start by removing your resonator. That may give you precisely the amount of exahust tone you're looking for and will run you between $25.00 and $30.00. If you want more tone, replace your rear section. I'd recommend either a Magnaflow or DynoMax SS muffler with dual tips to keep your costs within reason. A complete rear section based on one of those mufflers should run you around $125.00 to $150.00 installed.
If you want to pay two to three times that much for bragging rights, by all means purchase the Cattman B-pipe with the HKS rear section. But don't expect any real performance gains over what I've recommended.

I backed into something and banged up my muffler. This is why I need a new one. I don't know if the muffler shop can rebend it. I can hear a louder exhaust sound after the damage. So I figure I go with a aftermarket one. I am trying to keep the noise level to a minimum. I called Greddy and they say they have one for 2K2 models.

Maybe he backed up to one of my Mack Trucks that I own !
i have ....no muffler....its gone....i just went to a local shop and bought some pipe...welded the pipe to this and that so i got a bolt on pip....its pretty good...i can accually feel the difference....duzn't really sound GOOD....but its still ok for a job that cost about $20...its really deep through most of the powerband....until 4k from then on it starts to loose its troaty sound... power is pretty good~ low end torque is lost buh high end torque and hp is acheived... well....thats my "muffler"
