It's a slow day here and my intent is not to get into a @#$$ing contest with anyone, however, I just got off the phone with Nissan and they agree that the website is in error and you can not roll up the windows using the keyfob. If there is anyone out there that can do it using the Nissan keyfob, feel free to post the procedures.

BTW, the 2006 Maxima brochures specification state "Remote keyless entry with trunk release and front windows down; key-operated fron windows up/down"

Plus, you gained two years of driving the Maxima over 2006 purchasers.

The 06 Max SE I bought last month is optioned in ways that are impossible on Nissan's website. And it's all factory-installed stuff. So it's their product configurator software that isn't right.

Good luck with your new car. What options did you get?

kendall - We need divergence details. Is it deviation from specs due to the color of the air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror, or something more substantial?

Never mind, my bad. I wanted liquid silver/frost leather with the 6 spd, and remembered not being able to configure it on the website. Ended up being sold on the 5AT (South Florida, bad traffic, would be on the clutch all the time, can still shift when I want with the 5AT, so . . .).

Ramberg, I just bought an '06 and a very good friend has an '04 - we put 'em next to each other and could barely tell 'em apart. You are quite rightly content.
